Carnival Terms and Conditions

Participation:
1. All participants agree to abide by LSS policies.
2. The London School of Samba reserves the right to withdraw permission from a performer(s) if they violate LSS policies.
3. Refunds of the registration fee are subject to the refund policy.
Registration Fee Refunds:
1. 100 per cent refund
  1. up to 24 hours after registration.
2. 75 per cent refund
  1. Anytime for proven sickness or bereavement .
3. 50 per cent refund
  1. 25 hours post registration to 30 June.
4. 25 per cent refund
  1. 30 June to 31 July.
5. 10 per cent refund
  1. From 01 August until 17 August.
6. No Refund
  1. Violation of LSS policy/Permission to parade withdrawn
7. Costumes:
  1. The London School of Samba will endeavour to provide costumes dependent on supplies.
  2. Costumes may not precisely match published designs.
