Synopsis
Our carnival theme this year represents the passing of the seasons.
The Green Man is born in Spring. He impregnates the females and fertilises the ground so that the earth is fruitful. He then nurtures the flowering of Summer and the fruitfulness of Autumn. In Winter he dies only to be reborn the following Spring to repeat nature’s great cycle.
