This Sunday, instead of our usual Quadra Night, LSS will be taking part in the first Great British Carnival Night, a special Carnival event , in collaboration with the Great British Carnival.

 

This day of Carnival activities at Renaissance Rooms in Vauxhall, is new and exciting events that will spread the diversity of and love for Carnival.

 

Dance workshops during the day followed by live performances from the likes of London School of Samba & Maracatudo Mafua, bands such as Rhythms of the City and Orchestra Bombo,  DJ’s like Movimento’s Cal Jader and more, all under one roof! 

 
The great thing – one admission fee gets to you access to an afternoons pre-show classes AND the performances after.  This event will be one not to be missed!

 

Special promotional offer: £5 admission on the 27th Oct with a Great British Carnival Night flyer.  So if you’re not an LSS member download and print the flyer below and bring it with you on Sunday.

Dance 

 

There will be NO WAC dance class on 27th October.

 

Samba Reggae class for Kids with Mariana Pinho – 3.30pm

Samba class with LSS’s Mariana Whitehouse, 5.30-7.30pm

 

Please Note: because of licensing regulations children will not be able to enter or remain in the venue after 6.30pm, sorry.

 

Bateria
 
REGULAR BATERIA CLASSES WILL TAKE PLACE @ WAC from 6-7.30pm.  After the class, the bateria travel the short bus journey to Renaissance Rooms to perform.  Don’t worry, the entry fee you pay at WAC covers entry to the Carnival Night…so let the party continue!
